We use these details to review applications, respond to inquiries and discuss event participation. Submitting an application does not confirm approval or a booking. Contact consent applies to your application or inquiry.

Storage and access.

Submissions are stored securely and are accessible to authorised administrators. They are not displayed publicly.

Security and technical data.

The forms use a temporary security cookie, request validation and spam prevention. A hashed network identifier is kept temporarily to limit repeated submissions. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own access logs.
